£49 per hour (one hour minimum charge applies)

Standard working hours are 08:00 to 16:30 Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays)

£65 per hour (one hour minimum charge applies)

This applies to call outs made between 18:00 and 07:00 Monday to Friday, and anytime over a weekend or bank holiday
